Season Schedule

On Tuesday, our Lady Brahmas were in a close match with Madison.  Our Brahmas were looking for their first district win and Madison was looking for their second.  Both teams played a great defensive game with Goalie Audrey Rivera making multiple saves.  In the first half, Kiana Moore scored on a penalty kick, and it would be the only score of the game.  The Brahmas held off the Lady Mavs to take the 1 to 0 win.  On Friday, our Lady Brahmas were back at BAC taking on Roosevelt.  The Brahmas scored early when Bella Von Toussaint put the first goal in the net.  Natalia Cantu found the net for the second goal.  Bella was on fire as she put in three more goals to give the Brahmas a 5 to 0 lead in the second half.  Leila Noussairi scored the final goal for the Brahmas to give them a 6 to 0 lead.  Audrey Rivera did the honors in the goal box and made several saves allowing only 1 goal late in the game, as the Brahmas took the win 6 to 1!

Our Lady Brahmas are now 2-1-1 in district and holding third place with two games to go in the first round of district.  This week our Lady Brahmas will be at Comalander on Friday at 5 pm, to face the Lady Chargers of Churchill.  Come on out and cheer on the Lady Brahmas as they continue their district run.  Go Lady Brahma Soccer!

On Tuesday, our Lady Brahmas opened district play against Reagan.  It was a tough match up, and both teams played hard.  Both teams were scoreless well into the first half, but Natalia Cantu put one into the net to give our Brahmas the lead as they went into halftime.  The battle continued in the second half with some great play.  Reagan managed one goal, and the Brahmas came close but could not score again, as the game ended in a 1 to 1 tie.

Our Lady Brahmas are 0-1-1 in district.  On Friday, our Lady Brahmas were taking on the Lady Jags.  This was an especially tough game, and our Brahmas gave it all they had.  Unfortunately, they came up short as they lost to Johnson 7 to 0.

This week our Lady Brahmas will be at BAC-East on Tuesday at 7 pm to face Madison.  On Friday at 5 pm, they will be at BAC-West to go head to head with Roosevelt.  Come on out and cheer on the Lady Brahmas as they make their district run.  Go Lady Brahma Soccer!

Our Lady Brahma Soccer went up against O’Connor this past Tuesday. The Brahmas put up a good fight but came up short in this outing.  On Thursday, they began play in the Boerne Hill Country Classic, against Boerne Champion.  Boerne is a tough team but our Brahmas played well and tied 2 to 2.  On Friday, play continued against Boerne.  Our Lady Brahmas were fired up and on their game as they dominated and took the game 3 to 1.  Their final game of the tournament was on Saturday against Kennedale.  The Brahmas were on fire, and took the match 3 to 0.  In all it was a great tournament with the Brahmas finish at the top with a 2-0-1 record.

This week the Brahmas were scheduled East Central.  However, that game was canceled due to weather.  On Thursday, they will begin play in the NEISD Tournament at 7 pm at Comalander Stadium.  Go Lady Brahma Soccer! by Pete Martinez

Our Lady Brahma Soccer played their first non-district game on Friday January 5th against Clemens.  The Brahmas played hard, but were unable to best the Lady Buffaloes, as they took a 7 to 1 loss.  In spite of the loss, our Lady Brahmas played well and showed some great potential!  We look forward to the rest of the season.
