Girls Track claims 4th Place at Alamo Heights Invitational

 

The Girls attack Team competed in the Alamo Heights Invitational, consisting of 12 total teams. The Lady Brahmas walked away with a fourth place overall finish. See Results

NEISD PARTICIPATION FORMS ALONG WITH UIL MEDICAL HISTORY AND UIL PHYSICAL FORMS (BOTH REVISED 01-2017 OR LATER) MUST BE COMPLETED ANNUALLY AND ON FILE WITH THE ATHLETIC TRAINERS BEFORE THE ATHLETE PARTICIPATES IN ANY PRACTICE BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER SCHOOL (BEFORE OR AFTER THE SEASON) OR GAMES/MATCHES.

Mac Tennis competed this past weekend in the Lee Volunteer Classic with some extremely tough competition.  Mac went 36-24 overall with some impressive wins headed into the most important part of the season.  Mac enjoyed 2 days of good weather and will travel next week to the Bryan Rudder Invitational.  Go Mac Go!!!!

AQUATICS COMPETES AT UIL REGION VII-6A Swim & Dive Meet

 

Congratulations to the 14 athletes who competed at the UIL Regions VII-6A Swimming & Dive Meet, January 31-February 2nd.  Overall, the athletes all went lifetime bests or season bests in their events propelling MAC to an overall 14th place team finish out of 26 teams.  “Swimmers of the Meet” were awarded to Nalani Lambert, Makena Cardon, & Colby Mask for their excellence in racing and leading the team to success! Way to go guys!

The MacArthur Varsity Girls golf team competed at the NEISD Tournament of Champions this past weekend. The Brahmas finished day one shooting their season low team score of 389. On day two, the Brahmas came out fighting and beat their day one score by 6 shots; finishing with a 383. The Brahmas finished in 4th place behind Churchill, Reagan, and Johnson. Completing for the Brahmas were Isabella Rice, Maya Hiles, Noe Gonzalez, Miranda Doremus, and Isabella Carlo. The girls are gearing up for the district tournament that takes place on April 2-3 at The Republic Golf Course.
